5pm Sunday, I started a 140-hour fast (to Sat lunch). My current longest fast is 93 hours, so I’m hoping I can get through it without too much struggle
It’s shark week and have a mad headache :( But the headache is making me not focused on food, so that’s cool.
restarting help please! I’m going through a breakup and my life is pretty crazy at the moment. I’m eating everything in sightttt. I’m trying to be kind to myself (thanks for those people who mention that) but I really don’t want to put on weight or get into unhealthy patterns. Anyone have strategies for when life is stressful or chaotic? I have a lot of friends wanting to take me out for dinner or drinks, but I’m struggling during the day at work and waking up hungry.
