Accidentally on purpose in the middle of 36 to 48 hour fast. We’ll see how I feel when I get off work in a few hours. I haven’t really fasted (besides 16:8 or a 5/2) in several months, the longest being a 36 hr at the beginning of August. I’m trying to reset my hunger cues before heading into the holiday season, where people are already bringing all the pumpkin goodies to work!!! It’s all just a mental exercise for me at this point, and hopefully fat loss as a bonus. Good luck everyone!!

Start my weekly 48+ water only fast after brunch this morning.
Anyone want to join in?
I do omad brunch on Sunday, then just water through tomorrow-Mon, eat Brunch or lunch Tues.
The only non-eating day is tomorrow but it’s a full 48 hours of fasting.
