Just finishing my first 48-hour fast! Feeling great, down 3 pounds, plan to do it again next weekend. This week I’ll stick to my usual keto & OMAD, which has me down 15 lbs since mid-January. So happy I decided to start fasting. It’s easy, I can eat until I’m full when I do eat, and it saves me time and money!
Been struggling with fasting the last couple weeks and I’m sick with a head cold. 47 hours into what is planned to be about 118 hours but I’m struggling. I can’t tell if I’m wanting to break my fast because of the same reason I’ve been failing at fasting the last couple weeks or if it really will help me get better faster.
