I’ve been water fasting since April for weight loss. Currently down about 30 pounds since starting. Been having trouble doing an extended fast again though I’ve done multiple in the past.

My autoimmune disorder is paining me. I broke down crying to my mom tonight about how awful it is. So I decided to implement the autoimmune protocol diet to help and definitely determine my trigger foods. I’m going to start with as long a fast I can muster. Probably only about 5 days max.

Then I eat only allowed foods. Basically meat and veggies. I may move into intermittent fasting which is what I’ve been doing to decent results. I will slowly introduce trigger foods to determine what I’m “allergic” to. I already know carbs are but I’m curious to what amount so I also want to test that.
