Fasting for 36 hrs Monday, Wednesday, and Friday and eating within a 12 hr window Tuesday and Thursday. Diurnal eating on the weekends.
Today, I successfully completed one week of the fasting. This is week two!
Started a “132” hour fast which I am hoping to complete any time on Saturday, not really caring if I hit the 132 hour mark or not. Drinking water tea and coffee and I’ll be starting electrolytes around day 3. Hoping to break my record of 111 hours 😁
