Two weeks of 18:6 or less and going to start adding in 3 days of OMAD this week. I’ve done longer fasts, but usually feel like garbage after 48 hours. I’d like to adapt to 6 days OMAD, one day flex with some longer 24-36 hour days thrown in on occasion.
