60 hour water/black coffee/electrolytes fast. Starting from 10pm last night to 10am Tuesday. My goal is to rest and re-examine my mindset, while focusing on self care and setting some nutrition goals. My husband is joining me! It’s his first fast >36 hours. I’m already looking forward to breaking my fast, 18 hours in. Hahaha
