Back to 23:1; holidays were rough and having a toddler and 2.5 yr old pretty much solo + holiday stress and thus routine being sidetracked made me sleep deprived ( more than usual 😂); was driving with kids in the back and had a moment of « uh oh i think i’m gonna faint » made me question omad-ing… but after non omad days and had a c’ose feeling ( was safe on residential roads and could stop safely) realized non sleeping is the culprit; took it easy. And now with daycare back up tomorrow, will be good to go! Aiming for 23:1 mon-fri, and then a bit looser on the weekend.

I’m currently doing alternate day 24 hour fasts and three meals per day on my eating days. I had a horrific week at work, and it derailed me over the past few days. I’m going to have to work on coming up with other things to rely on besides food when things are tough. It’s a learning experience for me. I’m down from 315 to 283 (32 lbs) since Sept 1. I really am looking forward to getting to the point of being able to due an extended fast. The 24 hour fast is sometimes hard, even though I follow a keto diet normally.

Hello, I’m starting a fast tomorrow (technically today as it’s the early AM) and I hoped for some advice. I currently weigh about 275 pounds, I want to get down to around 200. I have knowledge of ketosis but I’ve only fasted once, for 3 days due to not having money. Ideally I will fast for 30 days, maybe more if I still feel well by that time. This is the electrolyte supplement I’ve decided to go with after some reading:

Water=2L Potassium chloride =1 tsp (2560 mg)Sodium chloride HIMASALTPINK = 1/2 tsp (840 mg)Sodium Bicarbonate = 1 tsp (1080 mg)Magnesium Sulphate = 1/2 tsp (200 mg)

Any advice would be much appreciated.
