I’m 14 hours in so far on a 5 day soft dry fast Right now. Didn’t calculate my starting weight but I was at 242 lbs last I weighed myself. I’m male stand at 5’9 and am almost 28 years old. I used to do rolling 72’s every week and lost about 30 lbs in a month but that was pre covid and I had nothing but time to work out. I’m trying to become healthier again and rebuild my discipline. Here’s hoping this thread and the community can help hold me accountable
