Started a 3 day dry fast today (Feb 28, 8PM).
I will be updating daily to keep myself accountable. I will include mood, cravings, and exercises. I’ve been in deep ketosis from keto diet for past 2 weeks. I dry fasted 24 hours yesterday already which I broke this morning at 8AM. Since then I’ve eaten
- breakfast (4 raw eggs, 2 cups of milk),
- lunch (1/2 pound of ground beef, 3 slices American cheese, 2 thin slices of onion, 2 TB of A1 sauce.),
- dinner (1 pound pork belly, 3 cups Korean seaweed soup, protein bar, glass of milk, half fuji apple, handful of blueberries, half peach)
- current weight 210.6 lbs.
