Every morning after I use the bathroom. That goes into my fitness pal for daily logging.

My fasting app Fastient let’s you log multiple times a day, so I usually log my weight whenever I start fasting. It’s hardly ever the same as my morning weight. Then I measure like normal every morning. And try to measure right before I end fast.

Sometimes I step on just for fun and curiosity. I probably weigh too often, but ever since fasting I don’t really mind if the scale goes up when I start eating because I know it will average off or go down again once I start fasting again. It’s just a really cool tool and I like having a lot of data points.

I weigh myself twice a day more sometimes, ocd, but it’s great waking up in a morning and it’s always a new lower weight.

I’d probably recommend weighing yourself once every morning after first toilet break. It’s always my lowest weight for the day and it’s motivational.

I’m on day 4 of my fast and, so far, I’ve weighed every morning. I’m keeping track on my mirror. It’s a motivational tool. Actually one day it was higher than the previous day and, due to the fact that I knew I was weighing in the next morning, it kept me going.
