You’ll lose weight off this, but the macros/calories look a bit low (that seems to be about 1500kcal a day). I did some quick math based on a formula I’ve used:

Daily Kcal for cutting weight at 172 lbs: 2064 CaloriesProtein: 172g (688 calories worth)Fat: 51.6g (464 calories worth)Carbs: 228g (912 calories worth)

The math here adds up to the 2064 calories respective to each macro group. Everything else looks great! You shred weight either way, but dipping that low in calories will probably cause more problems than anything. As you start to plateau, you drop a few more calories (or until you hit your goal).
