I used to vary almost twice as much by percentage, during a week; you maybe vary more, if you catch things at the right time. You should try to find a consistent point to measure it each week; I shoot for the lowest point. But I don’t know any great way to define exactly what “your weight is”; it is only a definition, and it gets us as far as it gets us.
