Hi, is dry fasting for 3 days out of the week & eating OMAD for the other 4 days a good weight loss regimen?
F- 5ft 2 - current weight is 74kg on day two out of a 5 day dry fast.
My starting weight was around 80kg but I did a 4 day dry fast about a week ago which brought me down to around 75kg.
I want to transition into a plan that’s more manageable instead of constantly doing long dry fasts.

Sure, but avoid carbohydrates
Fasting, especially dry fasting, increases insulin sensitivity. Insulin is used to store fat. More sensitive = more fat when eating carbohydrates (and more other tissue generation in general)
