Unrealistic to dry fast for 15 days as a beginner, you will probably make it 2-3 while trying really hard and break. Either start with rolling dry or alternate dry and water else you’ll end up losing and gaining it right back with binging (plus some pretty heavy abdominal and throat pain without proper readjustment) dry fasting you will lose 1-2 pounds per day as a normal - slim person as you seem to be. I can lose up to 3-6 pounds the first day but it’ll cap off quick as I’m a lower body weight. In 15 days you can expect to lose between 15-30 pounds. However with rolling or alternate day fast this range wouldn’t vary a lot less and it’s way more sustainable, healthily, and permitting of a normal life.

I do 2-3 days dry then 1-2 days water and repeat with a crap ton of salt and am able to maintain basically everything I’d do normally.

I have done extended dry fast for health reasons and it can beat the shit out of you even when prepared. I didn’t reintroduce food and everything slow enough (didn’t binge just needed to wait longer) and my throat literally burned. My stomach was very very reluctant of food. So while it’s 15 days dry it’s also around 1-3 days water or dirty water fasting as if you eat to soon it can cause extreme pain. Also to note this pain while less severe is still present with 2-3 day fast.

What I do is long fasts for spiritual reasons or health reasons, I do these fast with really nothing else in life. Then I keep a routine of alternate dirty wet and soft dry fasting during periods of needing health or spiritual help but having to maintain my life. Then for regular life I do OMAD (6am-noon, but only one meal just it has to be sometime in that window) i do that dry fasting so all my liquid is consumed during those hours and stops prior, I do weekly dry fast normally long as I know I’m consuming enough water in my daily routine (I track it), but if I am not I’ll do a weekly water fast instead these are 1-4 days depending on the week and my health state mentally and physically.
