Do the math on your calories! It’s so very important to CICO. Find your TDEE and make sure you meal prep and calorie count. It’s so very easy to overeat on Keto, 1oz of cheese is a little over 100 calories and no one can eat only 1oz of cheese and be happy.
I’m in my second week of 5:2 with weekend OMAD keto refeeds and I’m down 10lbs at the end of 7 days, which is to be expected. My weight held steady during my refeeds and I’ll probably lose 5-8 lbs this week. I’m F5’4”. CW 167. GW 125-135.
