Monitor your calorie intake for up to a week. Calculate your tdee(just google it to find a calculator). If your calorie intake is over or very close to your tdee you will not lose any more weight.
Once you have your numbers, you can decide how to adjust your diet. Either close your window more, cut out a meal or attempt to eat a smaller meal where you can, or just count calories to get the weight loss you want.
