I’m wondering if this is normal or not. I lost 10 lbs in just over a week with IF. I did 2MAD/OMAD and a 42hr. Now in the last week and a half of OMAD I’ve not lost anything. I’m wondering if I lost all this water weight and now my body needs time to catch up or if something else is going on. During that first week I did Keto but have now settled for low carb. Anyone else?
Edit to add : I’m watching my calorie intake and it’s between 1000-1500 per day and have recently added some 20 min HIIT workouts
I think that’s exactly what’s happening—I actually went 5 weeks only losing 1-2 lbs the whole time even though I was eating 1500 a day, and then all the weight loss caught up in the 6th week. Bodies are weird! Just keep it up and it will happen for you :)
