Been doing IF for several months, weight loss has stalled for about 2 months has anyone had this happen and how did you overcome it
I am doing 20:4 religiously. Not counting calories during my window. Same as first 2 weeks. No sugar, no starches, homemade meals, veggies, salad. I do have some low carb snacks though. I think they’re doing me in. Still 30- 35 lbs overweight. F 5’4” CW 168/ GW 130.
Have you tried switching it up? I’ve read that your body can get used to one protocol and you can see results again from switching it up. If you’re doing the eating window approach like 16:8 or OMAD it might be beneficial to switch to ADF or 5:2!
