Does anyone have experience in working out during fasting window? Did you feel sluggish, not able to lift as much, etc. I would like to try IF but I typically workout at 6 am, best timing for fasting window for me would be eating 11am to 7pm. Any advice would be appreciated!
I find my workouts are unaffected or better in a fasted/fat burning state. I would aim for working out after 12hrs of fasting minimum. If it’s a crappy workout, then adjust and aim for closer to 16hrs fasted.
I work out in the evening, and my last meal is dinner if I’m fasting. So I’m usually around 18hrs fasted during the workout.
