Thinking about fasting I was considering just how light of weight a person could possibly be and still remain perfectly healthy. When fasting only unessential body-tissue is eliminated, never any which is essential to the body’s natural healthy functions; and the body can lose a lot of weight while remaining inside this parameter. So, could it not be then that a person could, rather than totally fasting over a period of days or weeks, just diet continually over a long period of time and so lose all excess unnecessary weight in the same way that a fast would bring that about otherwise? Couldn’t a person do this just by say dieting for a week here or a week there in order to lose a couple of pounds; then take a break and just maintain their weight at equilibrium with a normal intake of food; then when they felt ready to go again and lose a couple more pounds; and each time they stopped dieting check that they are still perfectly healthy in order to be able to decide whether to continue to lose any more weight? Couldn’t they in this way arrive at the same light weight that a faster would arrive at otherwise? Wouldn’t they having arrived at that very light weight have eliminated as much excess and unnecessary body-tissue as a faster would have otherwise, and therefore have benefited from the weight-lose and elimination and detox as much as a faster would have? If they decided to then remain at that light weight to prevent any further accumulation stores of undesirable toxins–if we assume that such accumulations can only develop if unnecessary body-tissue exists, that they cannot germinate in vital tissue–wouldn’t hunger just disappear as they would be eating as much as they would need to maintain their body weight and to maintain full strength and full operation of all bodily functions? So wouldn’t this be a good idea then?
Autophagy is the only way to clear fat soluble toxins as well as loose skin.
Furthermore much shorter periods of stress at moderately higher intensity is better for mitochondrial efficiency (hormesis of stress effect). Long term cortisol causes muscle wastage and brain damage immune system etc. While a short adrenaline spike of dry is great for targeting infections, thicker high pressure blood.. cleansing bacterial overgrowth in GI.
And of course, HGH for muscle sparing.
