I see many screenshot of fasting tracking apps.
What do you use ?
Are you doing OMAD everyday? If so, what do you need to track? Isn’t it obvious that you eat at a specific time?
I use Zero but I wouldnt see a point in using it for OMAD myself. If you want to know how long you are not eating, its just removing your time eating from the total hours. So a week, where you eat OMAD for say 30 minutes per meal. Thats 164.5 hours not eating in a week.
