Preferably, having low net carbs and high unsaturated fat, but even if they don’t I’d still like to hear them.
Pretty much just nuts and seeds. Pumpkin seeds, squash seeds, sunflower seeds all have good protein, fat, and fiber.
They also have a lot of Omega 6 so make sure you’re including fatty fish in your diet to balance it out.
I used to eat handfuls and handfuls of seeds per day until I realized
Too much fiber has a negative effect on Testosterone by raising SHBG
Too much fiber causes digestive discomfort
Tons of Omega 6 in the seeds that is really hard to balance out with Omega 3.
I just stick to a few servings now. Nuts are generally better for volume snacking.
This is primarily what my diet consists of. Flax and chia are great, most nuts, i especially like pistachios and almonds for the low net carbs. Pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds. Avocados. Artichokes. I also like to dip cruciferous veggies like broccoli and cauliflower in an avocado oil based ranch.
