What are peoples thoughts on rolling 72/96 hour dry fasts?

I know a lot of information suggests rehydrating/ eating appropriately for the same amount of days but Im curious to hear peoples opinions/experience. Alittle general health and height/weight info from anyone willing to share is also appreciated! Thanks yall, happy fasting!!

It seems like a lot. I think you would either want to do a long fast with a bunch of recovery, or have something shorter more frequent.

I generally go with one 36 hour fast a week for lifestyle maintenance.

Use a keto diet in between if you want to lose bodyfat. Otherwise you’re threading water BF% wise.

Personally I prefer rolling 120h / 5 days of dry fasting because of the increase in autophagy and stem cells that Dr. Valter longo noted in water fasting as well as his 5 day fasting mimicking diet. My assumption would be that it has an even greater effect when dry fasting. It is however quite difficult to achieve.
