What are qualifications for Certified Nutrition Coaches?
I enrolled in a series of Nutrition Coaching sessions that’s being offered through a local hospital’s fitness center. How can I confirm the quality of coaching from the “Certified Nutrition Coaches”?

In Canada it’s unregulated same as personal training. Anyone can call themselves a nutritionist. Anyone can deliver a course and say now you are a nutritionist. A registered dietitian is the real deal the rest are just matchbook cover diplomas.
