Fat is the most calorie dense macronutrient. So most high fat foods are going to be high in calories.
That being said, one food that strikes a good balance between fat content and caloric density is avocados. They are pretty high in fat, but also high in water, so they have a lower caloric density compared to other high fat foods like nuts, seeds, oil, etc.
100% grass-fed fatty beef (like ribeye). Super nutrient dense: B vitamins, vitamin A, zinc, iron.
100% grass-fed RAW milk. Vitamin K2, calcium, magnesium, incredibly beneficial bacteria.
Some of the healthiest, nourishing foods you can eat. Have saved my life.
1 gram of carbs had 4 calories,1 gram of protein 4 calories and 1 gram of fat 9 calories. This means that food with high fat content obviously has more calories. There is no such thing as low in calories high in fats
