What are some good natural citrate sources? And heart/lung pain when dry fasting.

I think that my kidneys are a bit shot from dry fasting pretty relentlessly. I know that citrate is pretty good for dissolving kidney stones but want to see if there are any good sources other than magnesium citrate: like certain fruits or vegetables and such. If you have any other tips on helping the kidneys like certain baking soda or ACV protocols, please let me know. I’ve been taking both (separately of course) but not following any particular plan except for carefully measuring out the baking soda because of the sodium content.

Also, my heart/left lung had this dull and persistent pain like 50-60 hours into my last dry fast that made me stop early. Does anybody know what that is and how to prevent it?

You may have long-term damage to your organs in the future. I’d absolutely stop DF if I was you. Once your organs are damage you cant reverse the damage. Always protect your organs failure to do so = long-term illness and inevitable death.

Supplement osmolytes (like taurine, betaine or inositol):>The function and regulation of intracellular organic osmolytes were already well described in a classical review 25 years ago (1). The basic concepts, as described then and still valid, are as follows. 1) All water-stressed organisms, except halobacteria, accumulate intracellular organic osmolytes in response to water stress. 2) The major systems of organic osmolytes include polyhydric alcohols, free amino acids and their derivatives, and combinations of urea and methylamines.
