Look for whole grain crackers, cereals and breads. Nuts. Nut butters without added sugar and oils. Fresh fruits and vegs keep for a few days. Sardines. Some canned chili’s are pretty healthy. Milks come in sterile packaging that don’t spoil at room temps (not sure you can drink a liter at a time). Depending on your time constraints if you shop more often and you get get fresher food.
