Like what are some substitutes for the things you can’t eat on Keto, like ice cream, rice, bread, etc?
For bread, look at the Keto Farmer’s Bread (from Low Carb No Carb website). It’s my go-to bread for weeks now and I simply can’t imagine a day without it having for my breakfast either dinner.
That’s being said, it might taste weird at the beginning. But I got used to it and I love that specific taste!
Also, it’s really easy to prepare and it contains loads of fibre.
And last, but not least, if you’ll use something like soya yoghurt alternative (0g carbs), it may have as little as 4g of net carbs per 4 medium thick slices that are decently filling and fulfilling. Win-win for me.
