If you want more fat in your meat go for chicken thighs etc. If you don’t know your chicken thighs well, some suck and some are amazing. Really does depends where they come from, least for me.
Yeah like the other guy said any kind of nuts will work. Surprisingly 100 percent cocoa is high fat. Cream cheese sour cream and heavy cream are fatty. I’m not sure why you’d want to break with just fat but I’d probably recommend utilizing egg yolks. Might want to try full fat Greek yogurt with .5 ounces of Mct oil.
