I can deal with the hunger that comes with prolonged fasts. But I have ADHD and I usually eat out of boredom and understimulation.
I already know tea is a good one. Maybe some kind of gum that doesn’t have sugar?
Ah okay. So you don’t mean an actual snack. Gum is good if you get the right kind, like you said. Idk how you feel about coffee but black is good. You can also make a weird water solution similar to snake juice, look it up. Snacking on ice is a thing too, but don’t bite into it too much. And since you probably are dirty fasting, some broth is okay. Low calorie, won’t kick you out of keto, I consider it non fast breaking if you have a cup of it. Beef or chicken though. Veggie is great but it has more carbs than I’m comfortable with. Also, this probably fast breaking but it’s so negligible that I think it could be okay, celery sticks. Just one I think could be okay during a dirty fast. Eventually you might cut out some of this for a cleaner fast but it all helps.
