What are some safe and effective exercises to do while dryfasting?

I feel like I’ve struggled to really maintain a specific workout while fasting. I really enjoy doing cardio, and I hear the most recommended workout is walking, but it’s so boring and slow.

Would it be possible to replace walking with burpees or long distance jogging? There has only been one instance where my heart rate started beating really fast, however, I didn’t workout once during that fast, it jut sort of happened. That really helped me realize to be careful when working out.

You might be able to do very light cardio for a brief time period; it depends on the person. I can do cardio the first two days or so and then my body asks for something light like walking. Just listen to your body and remember that if you can’t do anything other than walking, it’s not the end of the world - after all, dry fasting is supposed to be a time of rest rather than working out

light yoga for me. 10-20 min sessions. super slow movements. using mindfulness. it pairs well with meditation and fasting.

also walking shirtless or almost nude in the sun is a hell of an exercise when dry fasting lol. Filonov says to get naked in nature lol. He always talks about being barefoot in snow. In California – no snow. But I skinny dipped in the Pacific Ocean yesterday. also I can tan nude in my backyard.

there’s def something about the sun, nature or cold water when dry fasting.
