I (23M) was looking online for the best low carb foods to consume daily but it gets overwhelming. I am not overweight but I am trying to lose 20pounds in two months. I’m 6’9ft and 250lbs I’m just trying to lose some weight so my face could get a little slimmer like it was before covid. I really appreciate you guys help thank you so much.
Sounds like you’re trying to start a keto diet (no carbs and heavy protein). Check the keto subreddit for tons of info on keto and keto food ideas.

Every weekend I usually boil about 20 eggs and fry up about 20 shrimp. During the week if I want a quick lunch I quickly chop some veggies, add some greens, eggs/shrimp, sometimes cheese, dressing, salt n pepper.
