For me I have a list
Well, this list may sound silly, but I did not eat fruits/vegetables my entire life until last year.
Bananas, cauliflower, broccoli, avocados, spinach, strawberries, blackberries, and oranges, primarily.
Another one I never ate, beans. Now, daily.
The rest are pretty much common ingredients that we encounter daily but just didn’t have the opportunity to diversify in terms of recipe.
Lamb back ribs - extremely tasty and healthy with saturated fat and zero carbs. Not too expensive either.
Ground beef - extremely tasty and has all nutrients we need.
Eggs - easy to cook and delicious. Nice mix of protein and fat.
Cheese - easy snack with lots of healthy fats, plus it’s high in calories which is basically the point of eating.
Slow cooked braised beef is just the best. - delicious, easy to eat, super healthy, super high in calories. Very satiating.
Notice how I didn’t pick foods based on color and having low calories?
Leeks: the onions Greener, tastier cousin.
(Any) Cabbage: Brassica’s are so damn good for you and cabbage is by far the easiest to eat. I can smash raw cabbage, cooked cabbage, kimchi, coleslaw, whatever man just gimme the damn cabbage
