I’m wanting to learn how to be more Keto with IF. I’m a month into it and adjusting well to 18:6. Have a solid 5 to loose forever to meet my 2022 goal. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Chicken curry, riced cauliflower, chicken with mushrooms and feta cheese. Lots of cheddar cheese, lots of chicken usually. Lentil cream soup, mushroom cream soup.
There’s plenty of tasty keto recipes, that are filling and help you stay away from carbs.
Mostly salads with chicken, tuna, salmon, or pork. Eggs usually cooked in butter or with cheese (scrambled, omelet, soft boiled), bacon, spam, canned mackerel and sardines, tofu, lots of broccoli and brussel sprouts, keto bread.
Grilled chicken, broccoli, bacon, cheddar and ranch seasoning = chicken bacon ranch bake
ground beef, cheddar, carmelized onions and peppers = cheeseburger bake
grilled shrimp and sausage with cajun seasonings
grilled salmon with veggies
