Cold burritos I wrapped myself in the weekend, 150g ground meat, 25g liver, 25g heart, 50g cheese and a whole bunch of chilies, cucumber, and leafy greens.

A bit low on the fiber to hit the “recommended” amount but I just get constipated when I add more fiber to my diet
