I can’t wait to reward myself with distance running again, once I feel I am at a weight that will spare my knees :’)
I also have lots of smaller clothes that I’ve been saving, to fit into soon! That is a goal AND a reward.

Improve my climbing! Having less weight to bring up the wall really helps ! That’s a goal/reward in progress.
When I shed weight I also like to order a cute thing for my wardrobe (second hand most of the time). Last purchase are some nice checkered pants
I take a picture of myself every month and if it looks like there’s a difference that’s achieving a goal every month. And the reward is just that I’m achieving my ideal body lol, that happiness is enough
