I’m a woman so I follow Dr. Mindy Pelz on YouTube and her tips for syncing your fasting with your cycle. I’ll be in and out of ketosis my whole life. I won’t be depriving myself of anything. No shade on those of you who follow certain diets but I know balance is key to sustainability. I also am very athletic and that’s not going to change. Fasting is a tool I will use my whole life at specific times and for specific durations each month during various phases in my cycle.
