Steak! Ribeye steak is my fav. (I ate low fat for decades, turns out I needed a higher fat diet, eating clean keto is really working for me.) I rotate between eggs, chicken thighs (preferably with skin on), pork chops, ground beef, steak, and salmon.
Beans, lentils, chicken breast, tofu (soft and normal) and eggs. I lean more towards the vegetarian options because they’re easier to make a soup with. I like throwing things together to make a soup or stew and call it a day. Tofu takes on the flavor of the spices so it’s probably my favourite.
