Hi,
Trying IF again after it helped reduce my snacking but i fell off. I’m getting back into it and all is good so far.
My question is that in the fasting window what can you have? I’ve stuck to black coffee and water, I saw in the wiki black tea is allowed and I assume green tea.
Is there anything else?
I particularly ask because I always forget to have vitamin and fish oil supplments unless taken first thing in the morning. (So far I’ve been leaving them to fate and not breaking my fast).

Random Trivia: black tea and green tea are the same plant. They just steam green tea leaves to kill the bacteria to prevent it from fermenting the sugars and concentrating the caffeine. That really blew my mind the other day.
For me I have water, black coffee, sparking water, and tea. For the last two finding some flavors that I really liked have helped me a lot. If I want a snack I just get one of those. Having something flavored really helps. As long as it’s 0 calories and doesn’t contain any artificial sweetners or anything you should be fine.
Seltzers! Love some La Croix and Polar! Be careful tho for example those Ice seltzers have a ton of fake sugar don’t drink those.
I also love chia tea, mint tea, ginger tea, passion tea.
