Answer

Second half of day two.

Day 1 I keep busy and hardly even notice. Usually on a low carb diet anyway so tbe constant fake hunger cravings I had on the SAD are not there.

Day 2 around sunset it feels wrong not to be eating and I spend most of the evening trying to ignore thoughts.

Morning of day 3 sometimes still sketchy especially when around people having breakfast. Usually exposed to this in hotels.

On the evening of day 3 usually starting to feel empowered. “hey, I don’t need this”.

Days 4-7, absolute bliss. I did some longer fasts and started to experience real hunger later on but 4-7 are fantastic.

Answer

the day before starting is the most difficult, deciding to take the first step is the most hard things you can do. You have to trust yourself but once you do it eventually you’ll fail but at the end it will never be like before. You’ll learn to do 8h, 16H, 24h, 2days etc etc and no one will ever take that away from you.

to answer more simply the preparation for me is all; if i prepare well in advance and i plan i can do 6/7 days and eventually only stop for social dining and first night can be tricky after 2.5 days its easier
