I get some pretty intense diarrhea following my first meal after a 2 day fast. It happens pretty frequently. Wondering if people have any tips regarding how to deal with that? Preventative at otherwise.
Following a 2 day fast you had pork skewers, rice noodles and Twix bars.
From no food to stuff that is much harder to digest. That would give me diarrhea too.
I think you need to find something easy for you to digest to buffer your return to eating.
Fiber!
I’ve had somewhat regular stomach/diarrhea issues for decades, when I started IF I began to eat more veggies, especially ones high in fiber (cucomber, brocolli, beans) and not only are my cramps/diarrhea much more rare, I’ve also broken some 72h fasts without issues.
