What do you personally break your 7+ day fasts with? Any other tips for breaking long fasts? Thank you!
I was worried I break my fast wrong and read all kind of stuff like eat avocado or soup then half hour eat light meal and stuff. But then saw a guy break it with a steak. I break my with pho noodle and it was so good. Unless more than 14 days I think just break it with anything you can handle,make sure it from good source (grass fed beef,quality eggs).
Highest quality protein you can get, cooked plain as possible. I go for grilled chicken thigh with a little salt, that is all. Then wait till next meal for anything more. Its not just kickstart your gut, you have to let it stretch again too. And keep up water intake, dont let it drop.
