Meals during your feeding window with protein. Drinking something with electrolytes will help sometimes. I used a hydration powder and water and that cleared the issue up before. Flavored seltzer (the ones with no sugar even artificial) or unsweetened teas can help if your body just wants flavor. Chewing on ice was surprisingly effective when I started. I think my body was just used to having something in my stomach and that’s what it wanted over calories.
