What do you do to get Calcium, Chloride, Phosphate, and Bicarbonate?

I’m asking about these for extended fasting. Do these all need to be ingested? Does your body get these from somewhere? Do you have long term stores in the body?

I wanted to supplement the main electrolyte mix I take which is the salt, no salt, and magnesium pill. I don’t really find a lot about these “minor” electrolytes. Thanks!

Answer

I guess you get the chloride from the salt (NaCl)?

EDIT: And the baking powder has calcium, bicarbonate, and phosphate. It doesn’t seem like it’s a lot and the baking powder is gross to drink but it’s something at least.
