Hi everyone. I know there’s not a lot of options on drinks outside the feeding window, but I’m just curious what everyone’s go-to is?
Plain water is ok but I personally love black coffee and sparkling water, and occasionally I’ll drink buckwheat tea or raspberry herbal tea.
Mostly water, sometimes flavored sparking water, occasionally monk fruit sweetened root beer.
The one thing I do that most IFers scoff at is have one coffee in the morning with half and half, during my fasting window. Technically breaking my fast but I’m mostly doing IF to lose weight, which I am.
So it’s mostly about restricting my calories, so this one little ‘cheat’ isn’t doing any harm for me.
