Well, you all are an inspiration! I always assume I cant be too active if Im fasting or Ill get headaches and dizzy. Im new to fasting but am always amazed how well I can exist even if I dont eat food for 4 hours😜.
I struggle with exercising to capacity while fasting. Maybe like 70% of my normal workout?
I would suggest starting slow and being gracious with yourself. And HYDRATE! I think you’ll be surprised how much you can accomplish!!
