i would recommend coconut water. breaking the fast is the beginning of the real healing. do your own research on what living foods can do for your body. Good luck on your healing journey
You can jump straight back to normal diet after that amount of time. Break it with plenty of fruits and juice, then you can eat whatever. You may feel a little stomach-ache though if you don’t give fruits and juice and veg exclusivity for some 12 hours or so.
