I couldn’t find any good video on the subject except from the Snake Diet guy who said to 72 hour rolling fasts because that’s the sweet spot where you don’t lose too muscle (which I prefer not to do). Then I think it makes sense to do a 8 hour feeding window where I track calories.
Is there any science behind this or other good opinions?
The one that you can stick to. After a certain point the advantages are minimal between strategies and the one that you can actually incorporate in your life becomes the fasting strategy you should keep
