Multivitamins are all garbage, they’re 9/10 just random unproven and unnatural balances of vitamins and minerals.
You’d be missing out on the vital transporters for most of the vitamins minerals. Hard to give an exact example but Dr Rhonda Patrick is better on that exact area, we generally refer to those as the known unknowns.
Your fat and protein ratio would be a little bit whacky too? You’d be mostly fats and carbs with little protein (and your protein quality would still be low even at that). So, that could be no so great. Probably nothing too crippling just less effective uptake.
Gut dysbiosis most likely. But then again, I think many people have that as it stands.
